About Cove
Cove is provided by Peace and Quiet Labs LLC. Cove offers guided quiet routines, sound playback, sleep-support tools, and personal reflection features for general wellness and educational purposes.
Not medical care
Cove is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not use Cove where audio or reduced awareness would be unsafe, including while driving or operating machinery. If you have urgent health or safety concerns, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional.
Subscriptions and billing
Cove may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. The app will show the subscription name, duration, price, and trial terms, if any, before you confirm a purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews and Apple charges your account at the then-current price shown for the renewal.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Cove does not cancel a subscription. Any refund request is handled under Apple’s policies. If you reinstall Cove or change devices, use Restore Purchases in the app to check the Apple Account currently signed in on the device.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse Cove, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or distribute the app except where applicable law permits it;
- use Cove to violate law or another person’s rights; or
- circumvent subscription, security, or access controls.
Ownership and feedback
Cove, including its software, visual design, audio presentation, text, and branding, is owned by Peace and Quiet Labs LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These terms give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Cove. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation.
Availability and termination
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Cove, and features may occasionally be unavailable. You may stop using Cove at any time. We may suspend access if you materially violate these terms or if needed to protect Cove, users, or others. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive termination.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cove is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Peace and Quiet Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Cove. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Apple terms
Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms, including the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory Apple terms for the app, those Apple terms control to the extent of the conflict.
